Help needed on Rotary Club Website

Fellow Rotarians,

Using the adage "the squeaky wheel gets the grease..." here I am once
again asking for your help gathering and assembling information for our
web site . It is my sincere hope some of you with direct knowledge or
involvement with the projects, activities, etc. below will reply to this
my personal email address rlconnell@adelphia.net with a couple
sentences, paragraphs, photographs, related to what you are involved
with in Rotary. For example, Steve Bates could tell me about the project
he is in charge of with the Delray Affair Hotdog Tent. I helped cook hot
dogs this year and clean up afterward but don't know much more than that
about it! 

A golf tournament?, A Bingo Night? Did anyone take pictures of the
reception for our Japanese guests at Ellie's or want to share there
impression of the event? I need to know who plans these things and who
do they benefit? Those are the kinds of things I would like to post on
our web site with a few photos of these various events and projects.

Each one of you can have your photo and contact information posted on
the members page if you wish. I will need your permission to display
your photo and contact information. I believe Art has photos of everyone
I can use as long as each member approves his or her photo being
displayed.

If you would like to see what I have done so far go to the development
area http://new.delraybeachrotary.org/ and take a look. This will give
you an idea of where I am at with needing information to fill in the
pages.

For example 

1.       List of current Club Projects with brief descriptions of who,
what, where, why, how, and when they are done. 

2.       List of current members with permission to publish their photo,
name, and profession on the web site 

3.       Photos of Club Activities, Projects like the Delray Affair,
Bingo Night, Meetings, etc. 

4.       List of the various fundraising projects the club undertakes
with brief descriptions of who, what, where, why, how, and when 

5.       Pat Archer s Vision and the Club s Mission Statements 

6.       Latest News Items and Upcoming Events 

7.       Information on the next four upcoming meetings Topic/Presenter,
Invocator, Sergeant at Arms, etc. 

8.       Information to fill out an Organizational Chart of our Club
Officers, Directors, and a brief explanation of how our affiliation with
the District#? and International works 

9.       Rotary Foundation information, what is it and how it relates to
our club 

10.   Contact information (names, phone #, email addresses, for our
Officers and members who want their information listed on the Web Site 

I am leaving on Vacation August 16th  so I would like to get as much
completed as possible before then& or whenever. I will be back after
Labor Day and can finish things up then if not sooner.
