It was with a deep sense of sadness and loss that I learned of the passing of 
Rel Moorcroft. During my years on the board and as president of our club, I 
got to know Rel very well. He was a dedicated Rotarian and became a good friend 
and help mate to me. Rel never knew the meaning of the word no. He did 
anything you asked of him. He was a fountainhead of knowledge about Rotary. He was 
one of the pillars of our club and will be sorely missed not only by our club
