Speaker-Introduced by BobTeninga
David Harden, City of Delray Beach City Manager
Presented a video explaining the upcoming questionsproposed to the general public of Palm Beach Countyregarding the vote to put decisions in the hands of the voters within specific municipalities(not the entire County). Mr. Harden feltthat this was a “one-size-fits-all” approach to governing the decisions of PalmBeach County Cities. Many Cities seem tohave their own distinct characteristics and a “one-size-fits-all” approach isnot the best way to deal with specific City issues. Ultimately City Manager Harden would wishthat everyone would vote “yes” for this amendment.

Respectfully submitted,Sarah Martin
